Monthly Rentals in Lincoln Parish

You know how it is when you visit a beautiful mountain or stream and you take a picture or try to tell someone about it and realize that words and pictures just can not adequately describe the wonder of it all. The only true way to get the total picture or image of such a great place is to actually visit and experience all that it has to offer. This is that place. I could tell you about how clean, peaceful, quiet, relaxing and comfortable it is but, you are just gonna have to visit and find out for yourself because words and pictures just can't tell the story. We have visited on 3 occasions and each time seems better than the last. I cannot believe we can get a reservation because it is one of those wonderful places that you just can't find everywhere. This place and the host are unmatched in quality, kindness and thoughtfulness. You don't need to think about it, or ponder on it or meditate about it; just book it. You will never regret your decision!!!!

We had a great, relaxing weekend at Rosebud Cottage! The house was cozy, peaceful, and just what we needed for our weekend visit. Kourtney was an awesome host—super accommodating with a date change and late checkout. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Ruston!

I have stayed here before and every time I am in Ruston with family we stay in one of Gary’s properties. He and Amy are responsive and SUPER nice. This is my 6th time using one of Gary’s properties. 1-2 min from Tech’s campus.

It was very comfortable and close to relatives we were visiting. We left some joggers, Dawn is going the extra mile by mailing them to us. What a wonderful host. Definitely staying here again. We didn’t do much cooking, however we saw that the kitchen was fully stocked with all that we would have needed if we did. Thanks and we’ll be back.
