Nestled on 2 acres this garage home is 1100 square feet on top of my garage. 3 bedrooms and one bath makes it cozy for large families and get togethers. 5 minute drive to the Lincoln boat launch or hike down to the Ol swimming hole (10 minutes down 20 minutes up!) we have a bbq and a large fire pit. For larger groups we have an additional tent trailer for kids or couples that like to “rough it” that sleeps 4.

Here in Seven Bays, Wa you will have 30 acres of private land with no neighbors complete seclusion and welcome hunters. Bring your RV/Tents to allow additional guests. Enjoy incredible day view, with sunset along with the incredible night sky due to extremely low light pollution. With marina swimming area, convenience store and full restaurant/bar all under 10 minutes away. No events are allowed or pets allowed.
