Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

The small house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 25 m2 on two levels On the ground floor: dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, (SENSEO pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave...) living room and toilet. Upstairs: two single beds, one double bed, separated by screens, bathroom area with shower. Outside: with table, umbrella, deckchairs, barbecue and not to mention the view of the Pilat! Old forge in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park

On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a dead end, our cottage has found refuge in an old farmhouse of the 18th century, classified by the Heritage Foundation. It is a remarkable natural site located just under the Crêt de l 'Œillon and the “Trois dents”; it faces the Rhône, Drôme and Alpine valleys. Through the many paths around, one discovers a strong and still preserved nature. The calm is total.

The house is located in a quiet area. There are three bedrooms, an independent kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom, a covered terrace overlooking an interior courtyard. Exterior is closed by a gate. The house is 90 m² + 15m² of covered terrace. Rooms can accommodate six people. Wi-Fi by fiber. Terrace, Courtyard, Outdoor lounge, enclosed. Parking near the rental.

An outbuilding a few meters away from the main house, which has become a peaceful place to live. Guests will appreciate its fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom, a sofa bed in the living room and its exterior. Close to the Peaugres Safari Park, the cabin will allow you to discover the Ardeche Verte, our region near Lyon, rich in its past and nature.
