Little red cottage

The cottage is the old main building of a log-built horse farm and is almost 100 years old. In 2010, the cottage was renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage is 45 square metres and includes a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the courtyard of the horse farm, and there are horses and cats on the farm. You can greet the horses by arrangement. The hosts live in the same courtyard. Guests with pets are allowed in our cottage. 6 km to the grocery store 4 km to the beach 3 km to the nature trail 35 km to Oulu I speak English.

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

A cozy two-room apartment in Kempele, equipped with an air-source heat pump and with its own entrance. Close to the highway! Free parking! Multiple cars can fit in the yard. A peaceful location in the middle of a field landscape. About 2 km to the center of Kempele. About 10 km to Oulu. This accommodation is an excellent option, for example, for families travelling north as an intermediate stop, or as accommodation for several days for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts.
