Little red cottage

The cottage is the old main building of a log-built horse farm and is almost 100 years old. In 2010, the cottage was renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage is 45 square metres and includes a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the courtyard of the horse farm, and there are horses and cats on the farm. You can greet the horses by arrangement. The hosts live in the same courtyard. Guests with pets are allowed in our cottage. 6 km to the grocery store 4 km to the beach 3 km to the nature trail 35 km to Oulu I speak English.

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

A small cottage, especially popular with travelers to the South and North, can be found right next to Oulu Airport, but still in the heart of nature. From the E75 road to overnight, effortlessly and quickly. The trip to the cabin passes through the village of Oulunsalo, so food shopping can also be done at the same time if necessary. Whether you come by plane, train or car, this cottage is nearby. For sauna lovers, there is a Finnish wood sauna. There is also an atmospheric barbecue hut in the yard Pets are welcome. Niittytupa: A two-room apartment at the end of the garage.

A cozy two-room apartment in Kempele, equipped with an air-source heat pump and with its own entrance. Close to the highway! Free parking! Multiple cars can fit in the yard. A peaceful location in the middle of a field landscape. About 2 km to the center of Kempele. About 10 km to Oulu. You can arrive at the accommodation after 3:00 p.m. at any time you like and check out by 12:00 p.m. Families with children are taken into account: travel cot, high chair, potty, dishes, games, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the price.

Semi-detached house 90 m2, 3 rooms

You stayed in a 90-square-metre semi-detached house with a sauna, in a rural setting. For passers-by, we are located approximately 6 km from the main road, the E4, approximately 30 km from Oulu, and 5 km from the Liminkalampi Nature Centre. This accommodation is an excellent option, for example, for families travelling north as an intermediate stop, or as accommodation for several days for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. During the summer, a cosy backyard terrace is available for use. Sheets and towels are included.

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful farmhouse. Possibility to have a relaxing sauna in a great yard sauna, barbecue in the summer kitchen, enjoy the singing of the birds in the summer, marvel at the starry sky in the winter, listen to the silence, or immerse yourself in the remote work. On the homestead farm, you can make a holiday that looks just like yourself in the tranquility of the countryside. A total of 8 guests can stay, with three double beds and two single beds. One double bed can be split.

Historic Log House by the Sea

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Space for 4-5 people, beach sauna can be booked separately for 30€/h, (sauna is preheated and shifts are between 6pm-10pm)

Newer, tidy 109.5 m2 detached house in a quiet child-friendly area. The house has two parking spaces right in front of the front door (one in the shed), three bedrooms, a spacious living room-kitchen, sauna facilities and a separate toilet. A sheltered terrace with a barbecue and a private yard with, for example, a sandbox. Good location!! Close to the highway (4-way), Zeppelin shopping mall, Leos playground, Zimmari, ski trails, sledding hills, etc. About a 15-minute drive to the center of Oulu. Welcome!

For those seeking slightly different experiences. A courtyard suite with all the spices, sheltered by the inner courtyard. Includes a wood-burning sauna, a cozy shower room, a small but convenient kitchen, and a glass roof opening above the sofa bed with magnificent sky views. In addition, the terrace has a built-in hot tub, which is rented at a separate price. There is a heated parking space in the yard. The suite has high-speed wifi. The kitchen has all the basic cooking utensils except for the oven.
