An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Small stone and wood house, on two floors. Downstairs, there is a kitchen and living area. Upstairs, the sleeping area with bathroom is currently separated from the room by a curtain. The shower is outside the house, covered and with hot water, but 10 steps from the front door. Outside there is a pergola canopy with oven, barbecue and kitchen. Upon request, it will be possible to set up 2 tents suspended on the trees and add hammocks.
