Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Limenaria

Two of us spent a week in the apartment. It is relatively small, no problem for two, but it will be tight for three. The amenities are good, full kitchen, air conditioning and very clean. The contact with Christiana was great, fast, friendly and flexible! Adam even waited for us, even though we arrived after midnight. Thank you! The city can be reached on foot in about 40 minutes. But you can also sit nicely on the terrace in the evening. The only criticisms: - the neighbours can be a bit loud and have a dog that likes to bark for a long time in the morning. - The streets around the apartment are very narrow, finding a parking space by car can sometimes be a bit difficult. Overall, a very nice stay!

Very nice place, beautiful big terrace overlooking the sea. Apartment small but cozy. Just across from a good restaurant. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was very nice. The backyard was very sweet and comfortable. The host communicated well and helped us. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. There were thoughtful details in the house. We were very pleased.

The appartment/studio was clean and had everything we needed: a bed, small kitchen, fridge, shower and small private balcony for breakfast. The host was very nice and even cleaned our trash out during our stay. Thassos is a beautiful island and this airbnb was located super close to the sea and many restaurants. Hotel Stefanos next door was a great place for a late drink with live music and karaoke nights! The bed was quite hard/firm but everything else was absolutely perfect!

A house with character and history. Maybe it may sound gloomy to some but it was a nice experience for my family and I. There are antiques. Only grease was missing in the kitchen. The house had a stone courtyard. There is a nice area for breakfast but you should take precautions with bees. I wish it was in an olive grove like the pictures, but that was enough.

The maisonette is exactly as the photos. It has great terrace with view to the sea. It was very clean and the host is very friendly and nice. Definitely recommend the place!

Peaceful house. There is a wild beach 3min from the house with clean water. La scala beach is 500-600meters from the house. In the city center there are a lot of restaurants with good food. I recommend going with a car or taxi.

Perfect for a peaceful vacation. Easily accessible and great for getting around the island. Definitely would go there again!

The accommodation was amazing, very comfortable and cosy. It is situated in the center of Limenas surrounded by a lot of nice restaurants. The accommodation has everything needed and all the utensils, everything is clean and nice. Towels and beddings were clean. The owners were responding very quickly and they are very helpful.

Christos is a great host. His wife's apple pie welcomed us :) Great studio flat with everything you need. Private garage is a big plus. I highly recommend Christos's flat to stay in Kavala.

The location of the house is in a perfect spot. There is a very nice beach in front of you and a bazaar a 5 minute walk away. Very nice location to go out during the day, evening or night. The entrance to the house was very easy, but parking your car is not very comfortable. The house is on a dead end street and sometimes there is or no space to park the car. Other than that, we loved everything. The host's communication was very nice. I believe we will choose it again.

The place was clean and tidy and the location was nice an quiet. Big thanks to Efi because she was really helpful and always ready to quickly assist us with information and locations for everything. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we definetly reccomend!

The apartment is small but has all the necessary staff and plenty of lovely details. Actually it's better than on the photos. The amazing garden and view from the terrace make the stay unforgettable.

Penelope and her mother's accommodation was as we wished. Very warm hosts, a well-equipped apartment (especially the large, comfortable bed, the plenty of space in the bedroom cupboards for clothes and the kitchen) and a garden that our daughter loved to play in and where we barbecued very often. A bakery and a supermarket are within walking distance. Penelope was always quick to reach, super friendly and gave us great tips, including for restaurants. Her mother, who lives in the same building, has lovingly but unobtrusively taken care of us and is very child-friendly. A very clear recommendation, we enjoyed our time very much!!

Everything for one's comfort and needs. Organised household to perfection. Fantastic terrace to enjoy morning or evening with a breathtaking view to the peninsula of the old town. Very good location regarding the distances with interesting spots. An appreciated tip of hospitality the bottle of wine which expects the guest upon arrival. Very good communication with hosts. The last comment is addressed only to people with mobility difficulties. In such case and considering that generally the town of Kavala is built in an amphitheatrical way, one will need a car to reach this wonderful apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The place was very nice and cosy.There is everything you may need for your stay.The apartment was very clean and Chrisa is friendly and very positive person.Its easy to park on the street in front of the building.The street is quiet and there are many parking spots.Enzo is adorable.Our kids really liked him :)

Super nice view of a small bay. great for coffee in the morning Very clean and lovingly furnished. A travel bed was ready for our baby and there were plenty of blankets and towels. It took us 2 minutes to walk to downtown. Super easy communication and individual arrangement possible. You want to feel a bit at home if you don't know the city yet...then book this apartment.

Communication with the host was very easy, he responded quickly to messages. The house was very clean and had an incredible view. It was a great advantage to have a parking space in the house because the streets in Kavalada were very narrow. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next trip!

We had a wonderful time at Jenny's place - the apartment is very clean and spacious, artfully decorated and very comfortable for a family vacation or a group of friends! It is also very central and we could easily walk to various shop, restaurants, bakeries and the harbor. Check-in and out was easy, and Jenny was quick to respond to any questions!
