We loved Per's place! It has a beautiful garden and is located in a small, friendly village. The surroundings are stunning with the sea sea nearby, the nearest just 9 minutes away. Then the place itself is complete and comfortable. it has all it needs and the house has this warm, unique atmosphere. We were very happy and satisfied with our stay in Kalavasos, highly recommended.

Amazing house with amazing views. Great place to come around and enjoy some fresh air

The main attraction of this place is a location of a house - in the forest! So you have incredible surrounding by trees and you have an amazing air! The size of plot is really huge so you have no see neighbouring houses at all! Rose bushes around garden seems to be with a wonderful fragrance because we got only a few flowers and theirs smell was so magnificent! There is a large barbecue area for a large company as well as the house can hold up to 10 sleepers:) Rooms with bunk beds are enough large and comfortable and both of them are en-suite, so one family can easily accommodate in:) We had a great time here and definitely be back!!!

We spent the weekend at the house of Chloe and Aristos. Very nice house, modernly furnished, has everything you need and more. The kitchen is well equipped. There is heating system and hot water. The house was very clean. Great location, close to bakery and supermarket, beautiful nature and old bridges nearby. You can feel the great contribution of the owners, it is very pleasant and relaxing to be there. It was very nice to receive complimentary gifts. The hosts are very attentive and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely come back again.

This is an absolutely charming place. We spent the New Year holidays there and it was impossible to imagine a better place for it. The house is located on the edge of the village, in a quiet place, surrounded by beautiful mountains. At the same time, the village and the necessary shops are literally 5-10 minutes away by car. It is very cozy inside and has literally everything you might need. There is a living room with a TV and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and a veranda. Central heating, two showers and a grill area. We had a great time there, the hostess quickly answered any questions, and the opportunity to sit quietly in the evening by the cozy fireplace is truly impossible to overestimate. If you are looking for a place for a weekend getaway in nature - I highly recommend this house.

That was the second time we stayed at this house.Everything was great, clean, the house was super kids friendly and we enjoyed our time there.100% reccomended and we will surely stay there again.

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

We stayed for five days at this lovely house. It is an excellent big house with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Above all its location provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful and quiet. The host Konstantinos was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions and information. Overall a superb experience.

Beautiful house. Host was very responsive. We had a very enjoyable time and would recommend this house highly.

Great accommodation for our group of eight people. Spacious with both private areas and good spaces for common time. Nice and service-minded host who always responded quickly. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Extra plus for pool and nice patio. Possibly a small minus because many of the lights, the kitchen equipment and more required an adapter to be used and there were no adapters in the house - we needed to buy very many to both use the equipment + own need for charging and more. But it was really a minor issue - as a whole an affordable great place to stay in nice surroundings.

The villa is charming. Traditional design with stone walls, exposed beam ceilings, all opening into a wonderful walled courtyard. And yet, it has all of the modern amenities needed. The hosts had local bread, cheeses, and a wonderful bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. The kitchen is well appointed, easy to prepare meals which we usually ate outside in the courtyard. The village is quiet and a good starting point for visiting the mountains and nearby villages. Lastly, the hosts were uber responsive and provided a professional, beautiful guide to the villa and surrounding areas. We loved our stay.

Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. Nice place fully related to the description, with good view, warm bedrooms and good place to cook and spend time with friends on bbq area or near the pool.

The villa was gorgeous! Even more spacious than it looks in the photos show. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 small children and it was more than enough space with a main bathroom and large en suite, plus a huge living area. We loved the outdoor seating spaces and playing in the pool. Alexis was the perfect host, always quick to reply and answer any queries. We couldn’t find a plug for the bath which we needed for the kids so Alexis arranged to have one delivered the next day! We enjoyed the twin arches restaurant, the Buccaneer pub and visiting Kourion beach.

Absolutely great deal for a getaway stay outside of the noisy Limassol. We really enjoyed our 2 nights in this very cozy and clean house. Thanks hosts for keeping this 240 year old house in such a great condition.

Jo and Kyriakos were extremely friendly right from the start. The house was as described and in my opinion better than the photos on the listing itself. The house is in a very private location with beautiful natural scenery all around. The house was in a very good location if you have a car. The swimming pool was fantastic! Finally, having Jo and/or Kyriakos close by, available on a short term notice, was extremely helpful. Jo's recommendations and local knowledge were extremely helpful!
