My partner Stéphane and I will be very happy to welcome you to our lovely Poitou house, which is fully renovated and fully equipped, with a garden, in a very quiet village. Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Valley of the Apes, Botanical Garden, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available from 4pm Check-out before 11:00 a.m. (please clean the house).

La Croix Bardon

Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish Gîte set within 2.5 acres of peaceful countryside. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the Gite offers four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third has a French double. The fourth has two single beds. The Gite comfortably accommodates 6 guests. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Guests are welcome to enjoy a gentle stroll or simply relax in the large, well-kept garden.

The Country House

87 square meter air-conditioned single-story house between Angoulême and Poitiers. The house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bright living room consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It has fiber optic Internet. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden, and a garage are available. Everything for fun and safety.

Simplify your life in this peaceful home, located on the edge of the forest where you can see deer as well as farm animals. Come and discover our hiking trails, our river walks as well as various activities (canoeing, fishing...) This accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen, a double bed (folding crib available), a bathroom with toilet. You will have at your disposal a terrace with barbecue and deckchair. Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, quietly at the end of a cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery,...). The Maison du Plessis is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 min) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

It is set in a quiet rural setting, surrounded by fields. The house is perfect if you enjoy cooking, having drinks and dinner with your friends/family inside or on the terrasse by the pool.

Cottage in a village house with all the essentials for a pleasant stay, refurbished and spacious. The cottage also has a private outdoor area (garden table...) with a plancha available on request. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because the bathroom is upstairs. We have a parking space in our private yard
