We thoroughly enjoyed it! The food recommendations were great so make sure you ask them. The spot literally being by concierge is great. It's secure. It's a beautiful spot. Just a recommendation is to bring yourself some large towels as it is very hard to plan washing and air dry when you are busy going out. Also, bring/buy rolls of toilet paper. The code for internet is on the SIDE of the refrigerator. Since its on the ground level and main street there is some noise you will hear. Just in case you are a light sleeper. Lince is a safe location to walk and 15min without traffic to the main plaza square for good shopping. Other than than that, everything was spot on and we loved the place. It will be dearly missed.

Every time I travel to Lima I stay at these apartments AND I have recommended them to everyone as well. Location is great, the apartment is perfect, there is always a welcome package of food when I arrive, linens are spotless. And the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Absolutely perfect!

Book this place and you’ll be staying in the heart of Miraflores. To say this place was amazing is an understatement. It has all the amenities you need and is perfect no matter how long you stay. Gabriela was a fantastic host. She was responsive, kind, and generous. Whenever we needed something, she was prompt and accommodating to ensure we were being taken care of. This penthouse is close to all the amazing places in Miraflores and a short Uber ride away from wherever you need to go. Zona tranquila, buena ubicación con restaurantes cercanos, trato amable de los propietarios, departamento limpio y amplio.

El Airbnb estuvo increíble! Éramos 4 familias, 12 personas en total, cada familia tuvo sus propias habitaciones con baño privado y clóset. Excelente ubicación, a pocas cuadras de Larcomar. La cocina podría estar más equipada, pero es algo mínimo en comparación a las ventajas del departamento. Recomendado.

I stay a lot in Lima for business. This is one of my favorites. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Great work area and WiFi. Quiet street which is unusual! Close to everything. Easy and safe to walk everywhere. I’ll be back! Thanks!

I could not have been happier with my stay in this Airbnb. This became my home for 3 months and the way the Airbnb was set out with all its decorations and appliances made it feel like home too. The host was always super helpful with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would love to come back again in the future.

The apartment has everything you need. it's nice that it has a washer and even a hanging drier. Plan for no AC which is mostly typical in many other Lima ABNB apartments. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay at this unit.

Jose Luis's place was such a pleasant stay. I had been in Peru for a month at this point in my trip, and spent my final week in Miraflores, where this unit was located. I would say the biggest perks of this location are the views, massive windows and balcony with plenty of natural light, the bathtub, which is not common and the central location. This unit is close to everything, including restaurants, the waterfront, Kennedy Park and many other little hidden gems. Jose Luis was super responsive and allowed me to go early as well. The listing had all the required amenities, the bed was super comfortable, and security was very friendly. All in all this was a perfect way to end my time in Peru. I would highly recommend to a single person or a couple looking to spend a week or even a few days in Lima. Thank you again for a great stay, Jose!

Great, grand apartment with great views. Really good location, walkable, lift goes all the way into the apartment. Roxana has the place squeaky clean for us and had fantastic local recommendations available, too. We also like the old style, grand furniture. The only thing I would have liked to have is heating, as it wasn’t the warmest… Overall definitely recommend it! ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute apartment. The location is superb, next to all sorts of cafes, restaurants, parks, gyms, groceries, and stores. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and all-around good people. Many good memories made here.

Great little apartment. I wouldn't recommend it if it will be exceptionally hot during your stay, because the road outside is very loud with the windows open. But it was not hot when I visited (April) with the windows closed, and there's a fan you can use too, but no AC. Lisbeth is a fantastic host, super responsive and understanding - thank you!

The apartment is a great place to stay in barranco. Rosina is extraordinarily kind and welcoming and was very responsive during my trip. The street traffic can be a little noisy so if you are a sensitive sleeper you may want to pack earplugs. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The host, Anita, Gonzalo's Mum, is just a gem of a person - extremely helpful, kind and engaging. I felt like at home. The small front garden is wonderful to eat out. It's five minutes on foot to the Pacific coast, an extremely safe and friendly neighbourhood. You could not find better.
