Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

My family and I really enjoyed the house, the condominium and surroundings. Everything was very tidy, clean and safe. We loved it!

Great place! We were 10 - two family groups plus other adult friends - and the space was perfect! Large enough to accommodate different groupings in the common areas, etc. Great location with fantastic nearby restaurants, shopping, activities. Fantastic host who was very responsive!

Gabriela was a fantastic host. She was responsive, kind, and generous. Whenever we needed something, she was prompt and accommodating to ensure we were being taken care of. This penthouse is close to all the amazing places in Miraflores and a short Uber ride away from wherever you need to go. The Olga space is excellent: very well located, with several leisure options and services one or two blocks away. There was a quality market, gym and restaurants at a maximum of seven minutes' walk. The apartment has large, well-lit rooms and the beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom and lavatory were very clean. The kitchen, though small, is well equipped, with functional appliances — great for preparing breakfast or a light meal. The gatekeepers were always very kind and attentive. There is also a beautiful little cat that sits at the entrance of the building — very cute! She helped me to miss my cats while I was away from home. Particularly, I felt at home in Olga's space and, of course, I will come back other times.

Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

1. The apartment is very safe and close to exchange houses and places to buy the basics such as water, etc. (There is a small shop 1 block away) 2. At the time of check-out we were allowed to stay a little longer since our flight was early morning. 3. Excellent communication. 4. The spectacular view. 5. The Pool is a wonder, a little cold but very good. You must book 24 hours in advance to use it. 6. More could be improved, if an extra dryer is placed in the kitchen and maybe a little sugar, coffee or tea. Also, do the towel change at 3 days. 7. Finally, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, IF WE RETURN TO LIMA, WE WOULD BE STAYING again.

Issac responded to my doubts always. The check-in and check-out times are their strongest point and what sets it apart from the rest of the accommodations is appreciated. The place met expectations, it is as the description and photos, the stay was very good, comfortable facilities, private, 100% clean and has everything to feel at home and never get bored. I recommend it!
