I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elizabeth’s apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The space was thoughtfully decorated, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Elizabeth was an exceptional host—communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. Wiliam's apartment is located in Barranco with lots of options for eating and drinking and convenience store shopping. Larger supermarkets are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). The malecon is just two blocks away. The apartment itself was clean and initial access was registration with the security desk and the key access via key locker in front of the apartment. The apartment does get warm during the afternoons but you can get airflow by opening the windows. There was a fan in the bedroom and living room to provide additional air flow. Smart TVs in both living room and bedroom. Lots of sturdy hangers. The washer worked well and dried well too despite it being a condenser washer. Wifi worked. Wiliam was also kind enough to provide a welcome pack: Peruvian chips and new cleaning supplies. All-in-all, it is a good base to explore Lima.

The place is the same as the description, very good location and comfortable, the arrival was very easy and they were attentive to any need. Thank you very much, I'll be back!

The building is really safe, there is a 24/7 security. Owners are really understanding and willing to help with whatever is needed. The flat is great. The only 'uncomfortable' thing is the shower handle which is attached permanently so you can't really put water however you like, but that's a very personal preference. Overall, very positive experience!

Everything excellent

The apartment is identical to the photos, everything is very clean and with restaurants and shops very close. Access is very fast. The instructions were easy to understand and questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

Amazing and clean condo right in the heart of the city.

This is such a great apartment - clean, really well equipped (one of the best airbnb kitchens I've seen, it really had everything I needed to cook), and in a great location within easy walking distance to great restaurants and cute shops and even the waterfront! I love the area, and the apartment is really easy for check-in, the hosts were really responsive and I love that there is a front desk where you can ask any questions (and it feels really safe too). Would highly recommend!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Great spot in Barranco, situated between the main plaza of Barranco and Miraflores. Easy 15 minute walk to tons of restaurants around the plaza in Barranco, less than 10 minute walk to the coast. Great spot, would definitely stay again.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean and nice. The host's service was perfect, he always helped us and the instructions to enter were easy.

I had a great stay. The location was so central that I had daily runs around Parque Kennedy. Check in was easy, and the concierge is absolutely lovely. I would definitely stay again, and wish that I could for my last couple of nights in Peru.

Excellent place, close to everything but at the same time quite quiet

Great stay with my guests! Andrea was always attentive to every detail , he was flexible regarding the reservation. The house is wonderful, its spaces are well designed! I would definitely rent it again! ALL A1.

The house is very well equipped, Jenny responds quickly. If you go with children you have the pool in the house and the pool in the condominium. For the beaches like us, you can choose several playitas by walking along the seawall and if you like to exercise the hike from the house to the beach is perfect for getting around. Recommended !

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) If you enjoy slow pace and a tranquil space then this space is beyond perfect as the house is amaz

The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.

This is my second visit to the house in Punta Negra, and once again exceeded our expectations. The spaces are spacious, to enjoy as a family and with my pets. Great location, just steps from the beach. The common areas, such as the terrace, grill and dining room, are perfect for relaxing and sharing the moment. We had a wonderful stay. Milagros, the host, was very kind, attentive to every detail and flexible with our requirements, which made our experience even better. I would definitely come and stay here again. I recommend it.
