Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lima Region

This was my third stay. I always choose this place when I have an early flight. Among the many Airbnbs I’ve stayed at around the world, this is truly one of the best — I’d give it 120 out of 100! The owner is kind, friendly, and very responsive. Check-in is always smooth and flexible. There’s also an adorable dog and cat who bring comfort after a long journey — seeing them is one of the joys of staying here. It’s only about 10 minutes to the airport by taxi, and during the day, you can also take a local van. The neighborhood is calm and safe, even at night. Prices are more affordable than in areas like Miraflores or San Isidro, making it a great value. Whenever I return to Lima, I’ll definitely stay here again. After 8 months of travel across Latin America, this place remains one of the most memorable.

Nuestra estadía fue muy bonita, la casa es muy amplia tal cual las fotos. Hay restaurantes cerca y también el mercado. Dora siempre fue muy amable al responder nuestras consultas. La zona es muy tranquila y no se escucha casi nada de ruido mas que las olas del mar. Definitivamente mi familia y yo quisieramos volver :)

I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! And her trusty side-kick Lourdes is a bucket of smiles all day long, and a good cook. Thanks, Ursula! Thanks, Lourdes!

Álvaro fue muy atento y amable, me recibió un poco antes del checkin pues mi vuelo llego antes, la zona es excelente con un bonito y grande parque al frente, queda exactamente en la zona de la cual yo necesitaba estar cerca; por otro lado la habitación estaba limpia y en las condiciones que muestra la publicación.

Perfect for a few nights in Lima. It's great to be able to stay in such a central and safe location at such an affordable rate. Additionally I had a great night's sleep even with the window opened, because the area is relatively quiet. The host was very kind and attentive. Highly recommended.

La atención es maravillosa, grandes anfitriones. El lugar es muy cómodo... justo lo que necesitábamos

Estuvo genial, llegamos sin problemas. El estacionamiento es común para todos, abierto y seguro. El alojamiento es tal como lo describen. Está muy cerca de la playa y además hay una piscina pequeña pero excelente, profunda, con el agua que parece temperada, allí mis hijos la pasaron muy bien. También hay un restaurant para los que quieren comer allí, cocinan muy bien. Nosotros comimos allí pero también cocinamos. Tiene zona de parrilla pero no la usamos, para la próxima que vayamos iremos más preparados. La playa es con olas tranquilas, muy poco concurrida.

Mayte, fue muy amable y atenta en toda mi estancia, aunque nunca tuve contacto físicamente con ella, siempre contestó mis mensajes rápidamente. Además fue muy flexible para el horario de ingreso, sin duda lo recomiendo y regresaría. Excelente departamento. ✨

Muy amable el señor de recepción, siempre está a disposición de ayuda. El lugar muy limpio y bonito. Lo mejor es que aceptan mascotas. Cerca al lugar hay tiendas y es muy tranquilo.

This is a beautiful apartment in this area of Lima. Apartment is located 2 blocks off the Main Street so it’s safe and peaceful. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Highly recommended!

Armando的房子温馨、安静、宽敞、明亮，住在这里跟回家的感觉一样，房子有一个院子和一个小花园，非常漂亮，在Chorrillos区一个非常安全的大型住宅小区里，小区旁边就是利马南广场，逛街购物非常方便，距离海滩只有一公里多点，可以步行去海边看美景。Armando是最好的房东，他热情友善，乐于帮助房客解决任何问题，我们相处非常愉快，还一起品尝秘鲁美食和中国菜，我们成为非常好的朋友，女主人Claudia和他们的儿子Diego也非常友好，这是一个充满爱的秘鲁家庭。五星推荐这个房源！

Carlos es una persona maravillosa. muy simpático y gran carisma , siempre pendiente y muy servicial . estamos muy agradecidos con toda la familia por su hospitalidad, buen corazón y todas sus atenciones. Esperamos poder compartir en otra oportunidad nuevamente con la bella familia. Lugar muy tranquilo y una vista de toda la ciudad hasta la playa . supermercados cercas y metropolitano a unos minutos, puedes llegar caminando hasta la playa por el malecón.

I hosted a Woman's Empowerment Retreat and we stayed there for a few days. Myself as well as my guest. Really loved it! We had plenty of space. Luis helped out with everything from airport transportation, to meals and scheduling massages. I highly recommend!

Excelente atencion de Ana Maria y su esposo Alvaro, me permitieron cocinar ya que tengo q hacer dieta estricta. La habitacion acogedora, cama de dos plazas todo muy limpio! El baño optimo, impecable todos los dias. Cada habitacion tiene llave para asegurar la puerta... cuenta con sala en comun con sillones para descansar o hacer trabajos. Televisor 32 pulgadas suficiente con decodificador para ver peliculas y demas. RECOMENDADISIMO!!! La zona es para personas que esten trabajando o de transito por pocos dias. Recomendadisimo esta familia!

I stayed at Javier's place twice during my trip to Peru and both the times his communication was excellent. He takes care of little details and is very helpful. My stay was really comfortable. And I would totally stay again whenever I would be back in Lima!
