Lisa and Martin were great hosts! It's a gorgeous house in a fantastic location. It's removed enough from the city to feel a little calmer but still very convenient and easy to get downtown. The house was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend it!

We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

There were six of us and we had wonderful days in the Swedish house. Everything was very spacious, clean and lovingly furnished. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the city by bus and train, which is absolutely ok. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend the house.

Perfect summer house to escape city life! Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, relaxing lifestyle. The hosts, Jack and Maria, are incredibly warm and welcoming. Their small dog adds even more charm. They were generous and helpful—solving issues like extra mattresses, showing us how to use the sauna, offering fresh vegetables from their garden, and even helping when we had trouble getting back to the cabin. The location is convenient: you can take a bus to Orminge Centrum (with Systembolaget, Willy’s, etc.), and the SL ferry is just 700m away, taking you to Slussen or Vaxholm. The lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Best for people who want to enjoy cabin life and take it slow.🥰 My mistake: I had my family stay here but planned daily trips to Stockholm, which made them tired. Also, with lots of luggage, Bolt rides were costly and hard to book. It’s not that close to the city—either take 3 buses (~1 hr) or walk 700m to the ferry (~1 hr total), with limited schedules.

The sweet little house has everything you need. It is located right next to the host house in a quiet side street. 15 minutes to the train station, perfect for a city trip. Ingrid was very committed and extremely nice. We lacked nothing, thank you for everything!

Maja’s airbnb is very special. It’s a beautiful and cozy home in the perfect location to explore Stockholm. Our kids loved the loft beds, it was super clean and has a wonderful ambience. Maja was lovely to deal with - would highly recommend.

We really loved our stay at Lilla Anna! :) The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and the house had everything we needed :) Especially the garden by the water is a dream and perfect for a relaxing and quiet vacation :) Kajsa is a very friendly and helpful host and we always felt really welcome! 😊 We will definitely recommend Lilla Anna to our friends and family and we will come back on our next trip to Sweden ☺️

We really enjoyed our time on Lilla Essingen at Fredrik's place. Long walks, jogs and swims (the loop around the island is 2k :-) in a very pleasant environment led to deep recovery. Great mixture of city & nature. The apartment is of high quality and we immediately felt at home. The neighbors are very friendly, relaxed and communicative. Fredrik is a great host, reacts fast and is extremely supportive. And he even organized great weather :-)

loved this place!! I stayed here for a long weekend with a friend and the hosts were super welcoming. welcomed us to the Airbnb and showed us around, answered all questions, and were so sweet. The location is quiet but very accessible to the train line at Alvik, which can get you anywhere in Stockholm easily. Beautiful apartment especially with sun. Female and solo traveler friendly. Would totally recommend!

We had a great stay in Huvudsta. The apartment was very clean, organized, and spacious. Vy, the host, was very responsive and made us feel very welcome. The area is family-friendly with many green areas, walking routes, and the water nearby. Reaching the city center of Stockholm is easy either by subway or by bike. Would definitely recommend!

It’s my first time coming to Stockholm Sweden & I will highly recommend Dawood place as all you need for your stay is @ a walking distance. Dawood was very helpful & friendly throughout my stay. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. It is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, not far from the trail paths and lakes, and within easy access of the city centre. It was perfect for 4 of us, although worth noting the sofa-bed is in the lounge / kitchen area (as described on the listing!). Really lovely place to be based for a weekend in Stockholm and Elin was very responsive before and during the trip. Overall would highly recommend.

I stayed with my friend at Niro Apartments Hotel for 3 nights. It s located in very quiet and nice place, not so far from the city center, I walked from the city centre to the apartment in 30-40 min, for me it s super comfortable, very close to the metro station as well if you are not into long walkings. Robin was very friendly and proactive, always shared instructions, explained everything when I needed. Super nice host that I could recommend for sure. Also check in and check out process was super comfortable, especially if your flights are at late evening or early morning, self check is very convenient. Apart from that the room was clean, nice, and cozy, we enjoyed our staying there. It s not noisy at all, we didn’t hear any noise from neighbours, super peaceful place. Highly recommended!! Anki is a very polite, communicative, and wonderful host. Her place is beautifully decorated, and I immediately felt at home. The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is picturesque, truly incredible, quiet, and safe. Furthermore, the tram is right around the corner, making it easy to get to central Stockholm quickly. Thank you so much for this great time!

Spacious. Home-like. Comfortable. Convenient. New. Well equipped.

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

There aren’t many words to describe Daniel and his place. To feel so at home and accommodated by him, was truly a special experience, in a kind of way, of making a friend and feeling at home in a city that’s not home. I’m grateful for him.

Great place to stay and cool offbeat location by the waterside and marina. Felt very welcome. Friendly hosts. Good access to the metro with frequent departures to central Stockholm. Slightly noisy from 1st floor and highway, but only with the windows open.

We had a grand stay in Tobias place. Location is great and being in a cul de sac, nice and quiet. Place is small (toilet is tough if you have long legs!), but a nice place with good fittings. Tobias was very responsive.

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place. Susann and her Sons rent out one of their apartments in a centrally located house. It is an open apartment with a bed-couch and a queen bed. 3-4 friends or family groups can easily use the apartment. It has a clean bathroom, but not regular kitchen. This is not a problem, as there is a fridge, a microwave and a very recommendable bakery store right in front of the house. They serve great coffee, freshly made bread and pastries. The apartment is only 17-20 minutes walking minutes from Arlanda Express and the Stockholm Central Station. Susann is a welcoming person who tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She handed in extra linen and pillows, as the nights turned out to be quite chilly in May. Susann also recommended very nice places to visit, gave directions and was easy with the early-morning check-out. We can fully recommend staying with her. Tak!
