Spacious and cozy one-story house with four bedrooms and plenty of room for family or company. Privacy-protected back with hot tub, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, stove and grill as well as ping pong table, perfect for socializing and relaxing. Close to nature with running tracks. Walking distance to grocery store, pizzeria and train station, Gothenburg can be reached in about 25 minutes. Lake with nice swimming area is about 13 km away, about 15 minutes by car. Guests clean up after themselves. We provide cleaning supplies. Cleaning available for purchase for SEK 1500.

Nygård is a quiet and peaceful community. The house is perfect for an overnight stay or for relaxing for several days away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

The second bedroom has a bed that's 120 cm wide. The guest house, has a new double bed, a big wardrobe and its own toilet and sink. Stay connected with fast fiber internet. In the basement under the terrace is a guest apartment with private entrance, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and beautiful lake view from the bed.

Close to the mushroom forest and hiking trails. Nice swimming lake about 3 km away. Two bicycles are available to borrow as well as 2 smaller children's bicycles. Hot tub outside the cottage that is heated all year. 600 meters to bus stop. Change to train in Älvängen that goes to Gothenburg takes about 1 hour. Trains also to Vänersborg and Trollhättan.
