We invite you to one of our 6 houses - the LAS house. It is part of a complex we have created with 2 swimming pools, a large common area, and a playground. The house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It will be comfortable for 8-10 people, in the case of families with small children it will accommodate about 12 people. There are forests, lakes, walking paths and cycling routes in the area. The place has its own unique atmosphere and has already gained a lot of loyal fans. It is perfect for family stays.

Jay habitat

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Closest neighborhood approx. 200-300m away There are 2 bedrooms and a living room available to guests. However, there is nothing to prevent more people from staying in the cottage (you can sleep on the floor, or you can pitch a tent in the backyard). Pets are also welcome :) A private jacuzzi available all year round.
