Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. In 5 Min. ist man am Strand und in 10 Min. bei den Schiffen, die einem nach Venedig bringen. Daniela war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Die schöne Wohnung ist für 4 Personen perfekt von der Grösse und sie ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Casa su più piani, piccola ma accogliente, funzionale se si vuole viaggiare nelle zone circostanti. Servizio di pulizia e ordine della casa ottimo. Check in flessibile, host molto gentile e disponibile per dubbi o chiarimenti.

Well finished studio apartment in a great location close to everything. Francesca was a brilliant host and always available to help, would really recommend as somewhere to stay in Treviso.

Best location in Caorle. Loved it to be so close to the beach and to the old town. Apartment was also really nice. Parking on the street is little tricky as there is hardly ever a free parking space. Therefore we changed our plans a little so we didn’t have to move the car and don’t loose our parking spot on the street which Giovanna reserved for us.

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Unterkunft von Lia sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie und ihre Tochter Sara sind sehr liebe Personen, sie haben uns alles super erklärt und viele nützliche Tipps gegeben, auch wenn wir kein italienisch sprechen. Die Ausstattung war gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist wunderbar, wenn man die Altstadt von Venedig besuchen möchte. Ich kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen!!

Gianluca hat uns sehr freundlich und aufmerksam empfangen. (Danke für den Prosecco und die Milch im Kühlschrank und natürlich auch für deine Tipps zu Unternehmungen!) Unsere Tochter hat sich übrigens in Bella, die junge und sehr verspielte Hündin von Gianluca, verliebt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Seitenstraße. Ungefähr 10 bis 12 Minuten Fußweg von der Vaporetto Haltestelle LIDO entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist fussläufig ca. 8 Min. von der Wohnung entfernt, der Strand ca. 10 Min. Wir empfehlen gerne die Wohnung von Gianluca weiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Permanenza ottima, Host sempre disponibile e molto chiaro. Tutto funzionante, cucina fornita di tutto e di lavastoviglie. All’arrivo l’host da il benvenuto spiegando tutto il necessario: riscaldamento, stanze, riciclaggio, asciugamani e offrendo dei prodotti locali ottimi. Consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla e senza problemi.

I had a wonderful stay at this wonderful and welcoming home in Venice. The Luca provided exceptional service from start to finish—warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Upon arrival, I was greeted personally, which made me feel immediately welcome and at ease. Throughout my stay, Luca was highly responsive to any questions or needs, always replying promptly and with genuine care. Luca’s thoughtful hospitality truly enhanced my experience in Venice, and I would gladly stay here again.

Natalia and her daughter were exceptional. They were very helpful even before we got there. I had a hard time figuring out what to do in Venice given the time of the day we were arriving and how far the place is from the main attractions (which are not hard to get to but it takes time). So I reached out to Natalia and she helped me with my planning. She was great. We arrived on a holiday and Natalia had bus passes ready for us because she wasn't sure we were going to be able to get. Then Natalia and her daughter made reservations to a restaurant so we could find a place to eat. Very nice people. The place was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything and it was a great stay. The place is close to a bus stop which made going into Venice a breeze.

Il soggiorno da elisa è stato davvero bello, spazi grandi e molto pulito , cucina super fornita, bagno e camere da letto pulite e in ordine, Super consigliato! Elisa molto cordiale e super disponibile. Una bella scoperta per alloggiare con famiglia e bambini !

Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber toll für Kinder. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Nette Nachbarn. Das einzige negative waren die Mücken also Mückenspray ist muss. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub gerne wieder.

Meine Familie und ich verbrachten 4 Nächte bei David und genossen sein Apartment und seinen Garten sehr. Die Lage war perfekt und alles sehr sauber, exakt wie auf den Fotos! David holte uns an der Wasserbus-Station ab, er erklärte und zeigte uns alles Wichtige. David war sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had an amazing one-month stay here. The house provided everything necessary for a long-term visit. The host was extremely kind and assisted us with all our requests. I want to specifically highlight the weekly house cleaning service, which greatly enhanced our comfort during our stay. The garden is truly stunning, and each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while taking in the lovely sunny view. I also want to praise the restaurant, as they prepare delicious meals using local ingredients, some of which are sourced from their own garden. It's only a half-hour drive to Venice or a train ride from Marcon station. Additionally, it serves as a convenient starting point for exploring the Dolomites or other cities in the region. This is a great place for a family vacation! It's run by a family. I highly recommend staying here.

Casa com tudo a funcionar e tudo novo! Anfitrião super simpático e prestativo! Com uma varanda enorme e aquele terraço no andar de cima é do melhor que há. Certamente vamos voltar. Foi melhor do que o esperado

This was our second time at Villa Mary and it was just as good as we remembered and we hoped for. It’s a spatious place for a family of four and even six persons can find a spot to sleep there. The patio is also awesome for sitting around a table. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. The bathroom is superb. The washing machine is a great help after a day on the beach. It is the most ideal place for a relaxing hustle free vacation. The hosts are the friendliest hosts I have ever encountered with, helpful, they respond to the messages in no time. We are planning to return next year.

Great, unique apartment at a fabulous location, overlooking Via Garibaldi, one of the nicest states in Venice when it comes to excellent food and lively atmosphere. The apartment is well equipped and furnished with lots of design pieces. With the sleeping rooms in sequence, the layout is good for close friends or families. Two bathrooms are a plus! Thanks for hosting us.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Svetlana war hervorragend. Sie hat wirklich an alles gedacht, auch für meine 2-jährige Tochter: Es gab einen Kindersessel, Strandspielzeug, ein Kinderbadetuch, und das Bett für die dritte Person auf dem Sofa war bereits vorbereitet. Das Apartment war makellos sauber, und die Möbel wirkten noch sehr neu und gepflegt. Alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt, war vorhanden und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders die Waschmaschine und der Trockner haben wir sehr geschätzt, die Badewanne war auch ein Pluspunkt. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nur einen Katzensprung vom Hafen und den nahegelegenen Einkaufsstraßen entfernt. Grado ist eine überschaubare, charmante Stadt, und alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das einzige kleine Manko war der leichte feuchte Geruch im Apartment, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen!

Io e alcuni miei amici abbiamo deciso di passare qualche giorno a Jesolo e dintorni, avendo trovato questo alloggio disponibile e comodo in caso ci si dovesse muovere con l'auto. Posizionato in una zona molto tranquilla ha avuto tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno per trascorrere la giornata e la mattina una volta rientrati dalle serate. Host super gentile, comprensibile e simpatica

Ottima esperienza. Casa spaziosa, moderna in un angolo di campagna e dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno. In buona posizione per visitare Udine, Gorizia, Grado, Cividale e anche Trieste, nonché i percorsi storici della grande guerra. Da ultimo l’Osteria della Ribolla ( 15’ a piedi o 5’ in auto) è un ottimo locale per qualche cena gustosa e piacevole. Edy e Laura

L’établissement de Livio est à proximité de tous commerces. De la gare et à 2mm à pied pour prendre le bus direction Venise . Notre chambre était assez grande suffisamment équipée, Le petit déjeuner complet à prix correct. Sinon nous avons apprécié l’amabilité de toute l’équipe. Nous recommandons cet établissement.
