This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Wonderful renovated apartment in posh district Mauer with a lot of Vienna's famous Heuriger. Tram 60 Stop 3 minutes walk away, the tram brings you to the city center (Wien Westbahnhof, Mariahilfer Straße) in about 30 minutes. Schloss Schönbrunn is 20 minutes away from the villa.
