The price is for the entire accommodation, including air conditioning and unlimited use of a washing machine and dishwasher.

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).
