The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).

Self-contained apartment on the top floor of a house occupied by the owners. Fully renovated, equipped with air conditioning and everything you need for your stay. Guests can enjoy a garden with sun loungers and umbrella where you can sunbathe, have lunch, or barbecue. Bicycles can be stored on the property. Just 50 metres from the house, there are three free car parks and a grocery store. Tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day to be paid on site.
