The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It is a very good position to explore Lake Como and its landmarks.

Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Cernobbio, Como, Lecco....perle del lago di Como sono facilmente raggiungibili con mezzi pubblici e con mezzi navigazione Lago di Como.

The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

The vegetable garden

The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).

Located near the town of Lierna, the natural house is a cottage framed in a flowery garden directly overlooking the lake. You can sunbathe, swim in the clear waters of the lake and relax in the small private sauna. It will be amazing to have dinner on the lake at sunset after a swim or a sauna. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
