Booking a treehouse green is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fire pit and animal enclosures. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

The duplex penthouse apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residential building and has about 75 m² of net living space with 3 rooms. In addition, the penthouse apartment scores with a spacious roof terrace with about 40 m². Parking facilities including an electric charging station are also available. The penthouse is located in one of the most busy streets in Graz - Kärntner Straße - in front of Seiersberg. Shopping is very close.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

is twelve minutes from the tram station and train ,there are two large shopping malls within five minutes by car and downtown Graz by car ten minutes and the airport five kilometers. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Hosts can also use the terrace. There is a chance of a little football with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility to rent 1 or 2 bicycles.
