I found Raffaela very nice, whenever I asked a question or had a problem, Raffaela was answering within 5 minutes . The TV had a problem, the next day she brought a new one. Always ready to please for our comfort. The accommodation was in an idyllic place of a calm ( we would have thought we were alone in the property) My husband and I were retired and were looking for tranquility. Recommended. Hello dear ones, we have now arrived back home from paradise, your house and the wonderful garden. I already miss the peace and quiet in the deckchair, the oleanders, hydrangeas, etc. and the wonderful view of the lake. Everything was as in the photos, only a little more beautiful! Sixth star? Laura and your dear family took care of us and also answered questions immediately on the go. Above all, Melis, 16, and Taner loved the pool. However, for Melis, something completely different was the hit: your turtles! In the hot lunch break, you could retreat wonderfully to the apartment. Another great thing: the proximity to the big, famous cities! The day trip to Venice - so beautiful! The large parking lot was perfect! Thanks very much 🙏🫶 Barbara, Taner and Melis

The stay in Fabio and Theodora's airbnb was super. Both were super hosts who were always ready. Everything was fine and a wonderful view from the terrace! Good swimming pool that is well maintained and blissful in temperature to cool off from the warm Italian sun. There is a lot to see, walk, cycle, eat, drink, and so on. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday! Thanks Fabio and Teddy for the super stay and all the tips!

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

The apartment was perfect for our stay at Lake Garda. Enough privacy for two couples, clean, well appointed, centrally located yet quiet. Sergio was a perfect host. It would have been easy to get lost, but he personally greeted us and helped navigate to the parking garage. We were celebrating my birthday and he and his wife thoughtfully got us flowers, local wine, and a delicious cake!! Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at this beautiful apartment in Soiano at the end of April. Nature was at its best at this time of year – everything was wonderfully green and invited you to relax. It was great that we were able to use the pool in the spring. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxing. However, one should keep in mind that a car is practically essential to easily reach the apartment and make excursions.

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

Tamara and Lorenzo were very nice and friendly. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine, which made us very happy. There was also water and juice in the refrigerator. Coffee and tea for the first few days was also available. Lorenzo has translated everything into English. The apartment is very nicely decorated exactly as in the pictures. We were very pleased with the air conditioning, but the apartment is also very pleasantly cool. Desenzano / port can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Shopping, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The apartment is very quiet, no through traffic.

Everything worked smoothly, pool very clean, all problems were fixed immediately, children were very happy

Our apartment was stunningly beautiful. The decor was gorgeous with lakeside influences and we had direct access to the pristine lake Garda. We could sit on our balcony and watch all the water activities passing by. Amenities and snacks left for us were perfect. Lots of local information. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment in perfect location, we walked everywhere.

A great accommodation, the center is about 200m away and yet very quiet. The house and apartment are completely new and very tastefully furnished. Everything you need to get by wonderfully for a few days is available there (except a sharp bread knife;-)). A garage is also available, even with a roof box my car fit in, but it was a bit tight. Genny was extremely flexible. We arrived very late and yet he was on site as agreed and showed us everything. Flawless communication, with no questions left unanswered. Great! If I'm back in town, this apartment is my first choice.

An amazing place to stay right in the heart of Desenzano! 🌟 The apartment is a real gem — modern, stylish, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is absolutely perfect: close to cafes, shops, the lakefront, and public transport. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always quick to answer any questions and help with anything we needed. It was a real pleasure staying here. Highly recommended, and I’d love to come back!

Great location and a clean modern flat with a great shower and one spacious bedroom. The photos imply that there are two bedrooms with double beds, however there is in fact only 1 bedroom plus a small second room with a split level sofa bed which is not really suitable for two adults. This was disappointing although in other respects the flat is great.

Mr. christian is very Friendly and responsive. The apartment is very nice, clean and top security. We had a lovely time.

I had a wonderful time staying at the place! Everything was super clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as I wished. Especially the view of the lake was simply breathtaking and a real highlight. Also the hot tub was very nice with a view of the lake. You can tell that the host really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Thank you for this beautiful vacation – I'd love to come back!

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

It was six wonderful days at Frank's house! The house has an incredible view of the lake, something unforgettable! For me and my friends who were looking for rest, it was the perfect choice. The neighbor is quiet, the house is complete with all the utensils, it has a garage and a beautiful terrace with a Jacuzzi. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and everything looked brand new. I loved it and will definitely be back in the summer! 1000/10

We had a truly amazing stay at this apartment! It was easy to find, and even though we arrived earlier than expected, we were still able to check in without any problem. Marianna and her husband were already waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a warm and welcoming touch. Marianna took the time to show us everything in detail, including exactly where to park, which was incredibly helpful. She was extremely kind, super friendly, and always available if we had any questions. A big bonus was that we were allowed to use two bikes during our stay — such a great way to explore the area! Marianna also sent us fantastic recommendations on where to eat, what activities to do, the best beaches, supermarkets, and more — all conveniently sent via WhatsAp with direct links. We truly felt taken care of and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

We stayed here 3 other adults and found it perfect for our visit to Verona. The apartment is in a perfect location with all the sites and restaurants we wanted to try within walking distance. The bedrooms were of a good size with comfortable beds and strong individual AC units. The bathrooms were clean and had good water pressure and lots of little amenities if you forget anything. The living room sofa was comfortable with plenty of space for us to relax indoors. The large outdoor terrace was perfect to listen to the sounds of a local neighbourhood with a motorised awning for sun protection. The many dining areas gave us flexibility if we didn’t want to go out to eat. We found the host to be friendly and informative and allowed us to have an early check in which was much appreciated. We would recommend this apartment to other people and would stay again if in Verona.
