ci siamo fermati solo un giornata .. ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. casa spaziosa e con tutto l occorrente..posto esterno molto bello x godersi un po di tranquillità e soprattutto ben recintato avendo noi 5 cani..se dovesse capitare ci torneremo sicuramente .. super consigliato..

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Che dire? Tutto è andato a perfezione. La casa è deliziosa, grande, comoda, con una vista sui colli che digradano a mare che... fa stare molto bene. Il luogo è epicentro perfetto per chi vuole "miscelare" mare con escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di tutta la bellezza di questa terra.

Thank you so much Gabriella for such a warm welcome! Probably the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Very clean, the house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Just a couple of minutes to the nearest beach where we were allocated 2 free sunbeds. Restaurants, cafes in walking distance. Absolutely recommend!

Logement magnifique et confortable perché au sommet d'une colline dans un petit village pittoresque ! Une quiétude totale règne dans le village et aux abords du logement. Giancarlo était réactif et super sympa ! Grâce à ces coups de fils, nous avons retrouver des membres éloignés de notre famille, le choix de ce logement a dépassé nos attentes ! Unser Aufenthalt in Villa Lunas war perfekt - sehr ruhige Lage und doch nicht weit vom Geschehen entfernt. Das Angebot ist spitze und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert - auch mit Kind!

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Mei. La résidence est flambant neuve dans un environnement calme et paisible. Notre apparemment était parfaitement équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Les espaces communs sont également nickel, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Beaucoup d'espace en extérieur pour jouer avec les enfants ou se poser au calme. Masha était là pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée, c'est une personne très sympathique et aussi très réactive si vous avez la moindre demande. La résidence se situe à 10 minutes en voiture des plages les plus proches.

Laura was the best host ever! She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. Whenever we had any doubts or questions, she was always available and ready to assist us. The house and rooms are amazing and spacious, making our stay even more comfortable. Her kindness and attentiveness made our experience truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable host.

Really lovely hosts made to feel like family. Stunning view and lovely pool. Only downside was the walls are quite thin so you get a lot of noise from the flat next door.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Das Hauswarswhr sauber. Wir haben. Uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist nur 2 Gehminuten, perfekt. Zimmer und alles drumherum ist so sauber, wirklich klasse. Tolle Gegend. Gastgeber super nett.

Vi har haft förmånen att bo i Dinos lägenhet. Jag upplever boendet som hemtrevligt och välkomnande, allt var rent och ordningsamt och hade allt det vi behövde för våra dagar i lägenheten. Dino var en enastående värd i allt från de initiala instruktionerna hur man tog sig, var man hittar parkeringen osv, tills dess vi lämnade lägenheten. Han var nåbar väldigt snabbt vid frågor. Han erbjöd oss dessutom att att låna cyklar så vi kunde bege långt en bra bit söderut utmed strandpromenaden. Jag skulle gärna återkomma igen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lido di Fermo und fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl in diesem tollen Penthouse, das Gästen allen nötigen Komfort bietet und mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Rundum-Dachterasse mit einem unglaublichen Panorama-Blick, zwei Außenduschen und super Sitzmöglichkeiten, die dank ausfahrbaren Sonnendächern auch Schatten beim Mittagessen mit Meerblick spenden. Matteo war ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und uns mit hilreichen Tipps versorgt. Danke für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder :-D

Bellissimo appartamento sulla via centrale di Civitanova Marche.Tutto fatto su misura con la massima attenzione ai dettagli. Difficile trovare di meglio. Straconsigliato!

Un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso; prima fra tutte la disponibilità e gentilezza di Oriana che ci ha accolto in una casa curata in ogni dettaglio, dove non mancava alcuna comodità per passare un soggiorno in totale relax immersi tra i colli marchigiani. Un grazie speciale anche da parte della nostra cagnolina che forse ha apprezzato più di tutti le colazioni nello splendido giardino.

Для нашего отдыха с двумя детьми прекрасно подходящая квартира. Чистая и уютная. Недалеко проходит железная дорога, но звукоизоляция в квартире прекрасная. Нам этот шум не мешал. Очень приятно было почувствовать заботу хозяев: бутылка воды в холодильнике, гель душ и мыло в ванной комнате, красиво уложенные полотенца, фасованная соль, перец, сахар, оливковое масло. Все, что могло понадобиться во время отдыха, если сам что то забыл) Расположение замечательное. Мы очень благодарны.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

Ervis’s apartment is simply decorated with no clutter. Everything is spotlessly clean with beautiful large sliding glass doors looking directly on the Adriatic Sea. There is a huge balcony off of the living space and a large balcony with a washing machine off of the master bedroom. Plenty of space and great windows throughout the apartment too. There is parking right at the apartment entrance with a locked security gated area. Ervis gave us great restaurant recommendations and a good price on his beach rentals which are directly across the street. The street is lined with shops and restaurants and a beautiful “Lungomare” for walking. So lovely and convenient! We loved this area and really enjoyed his apartment. Thank you, Ervis!

utilizzato come tappa per la Puglia direi che è andato tutto bene l'alloggio dispone di una camera e di una cucina soggiorno quindi non grande ma ha anche una bella terrazza che può essere utilizzata come pranzo/cena. ad 1km si trovano ristoranti e pizzerie all'esterno molto verde per far sgranchire le zampe ai nostri compagni
