Sonia is a very responsive host from booking to checkout, and with good advice! The accommodation is perfect, well located for our weekend on the theme of Christmas markets and very well-equipped! We had a great weekend :)

i recommend the rental and perfect inside all and as in the photos. these quiet and peaceful. exterior under construction my interior perfect . just missing ashtray outside if not all and perfect . thank you, I'll be back

Bernard's place is amazing for a perfect homely stay... there is everything you need here and much much more, is extremely clean house,easily accommodates up to 8 adults though we were 4 adults and 3 kids.. has ample parking space.. last but not the least Bernard is a extremely nice person and great host.. he proactively enquired about our arrival time and personally greeted us with a lovely welcome surprises.. suggested us and provided information on places we wanted to visit.. very flexible with checkin and checkout times .. we can extremely recommend this place to anyone... its a stay that you will remember and cherish for long time. we will definitely be back here if we travel to places around here again. The cottage was beautiful! Ideal for the skiers who want to ski directly from home. House was very clean! Esther was very helpful and you can definitely count on her!

The house is fantastic! It is tastefully decorated and fully equipped for a family of 7 people as was our case. You can see that everything is taken care of down to the details. The location is perfect for visiting many interesting sites around Basel, from the Le Corbusier chapel in Le Ronchamp to Zurich, Lucerne, the villages of Alsace and Strasbourg. It also has a supermarket and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk and the area is super quiet, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. We definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to get to know this area!!!

A very quiet and quiet place. A little chilly, but the fireplace and electric heaters make it up. Especially recommended if you want some peace and quiet.

The accommodation is very suitable for a larger group, as there are many rooms and several bathrooms and toilets. As a large family (2 parents, 4 teenagers, aunt and grandfather), we appreciated the large dining table for socialising and playing games and enjoyed the large terrace with barbecue for barbecue evenings. There is enough space for everyone to be together, but also to rest alone. The hosts were very friendly and inquired about our well-being every day and responded quickly to our questions. The neighbors were also very friendly and even gave us tips for excursions and information about the area and its history. The area has many opportunities for activities for all ages: Excavated lakes for swimming, Ulm for sightseeing or shopping. But we liked the gelateria best, which was a 5-minute walk away:-)) It was a very nice weekend and we would love to come back! Warmly, Family

The accommodation was just like in the photos: modern, clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were there professionally for a few workshop days and felt completely comfortable. The quiet surroundings and stylish ambience created an inspiring atmosphere in which creative work was wonderfully possible. Saartje is a great host. Very warm, quick to reach and always helpful. All our questions were answered immediately, and a later check-out was also completely uncomplicated after prior arrangement. We were 100% satisfied and can recommend the accommodation without reservation, both for professional stays and for private breaks.

My family of 11 people stayed for 5 days in this beautiful villa. The pictures are representative of the very spacious rooms and facility . The villa is old but really charming with a big garden. Everything was very clean (not easy in such a big space) and the kitchen and living room are really well equipped for cooking and having dinner in a big group. The area is definitely my favorite in Basel: walk dostance to the rhein river, quite but also surrounded by many restaurants and bars in 5-10’ walk. Dan and hid team were very reactive while contacted for questions. The 2 parking in the garage are also super useful considering that in Basel is very difficult to find a parking to park in the street. Definitely recommended for big groups!!

Really nice villa with a superb view over Bludenz. Support from the owner and their service company was outstanding. We had, or at least we thought we had, issues with the heating and the dishwasher, both were fixed on the same day. Nice and friendly team.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

The villa is beautiful and was worth every cent for this price. We had a great time. Only the high additional amount for bed linen and the complicated smart home are to be criticised. A brief introduction would certainly be useful here.

We immediately felt comfortable in the villa, after the wow effect when entering. The contact with the host was also sympathetic and accommodating. Despite bad weather, you could use the pool and hot tub. The gym is superbly equipped - we were busy ^^ also a big shout out to the cleaners, everything was sparkling clean and the bedrooms were very nicely prepared.

The house is very spacious with a very quiet environment. Close to Strasbourg, highly recommend! Mathieu is very responsive.

We had some cold days with rain during our week. That was also a reason to book this house. With nice weather, it is great to stay outside in the garden with the terraces and when it rains there is plenty to do inside with lots of space and freedom if you go with two families. Frank responds very quickly and friendly. Everything was clean. The description is what it is! There is plenty to do nearby and within an hour's drive through the beautiful Black Forest, there is plenty to do. Beautiful lakes, zoo, beautiful villages, cable cars to go up on the mountains. Very nice!

We were 3 families each with a 2, 5 and 9 year old child. Our dog was there too. We spent our New Year's Eve there. Everything was as described and the place was super clean. If you want to spend a few quiet days and want to cook, you are in perfect hands there. Rarely found such a perfectly equipped kitchen. The dog was able to jump around in the entire large garden, as everything was completely fenced and thus also got his money's worth. We would go back there in a heartbeat! Clear recommendation!

We spent an extended weekend there, it was great, everything was clean exactly as described and the hostess was super friendly and always responded quickly. We had a great time there.

We had a great stay with family in Sandra's house. It is comfortable, spacious and has everything you need with a well equipped kitchen and lots of seating options. Unfortunately the weather was a bit too cold to enjoy the pool properly, but the big terrace with a roof and barbecue are perfect to spend summer evenings outside. Would definitely recommend!

Very large house with nice garden. Flexible host on check-in times. A little renovation on the house wouldn't hurt, but at least it's clean!

Kevin is a very charming, friendly host. The communication was very good with him. The house and ambiance was wonderful. He had already prepared everything in advance. 10/10
