Der Ort ist eine gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit im Trubel der Großstadt und trotzdem gut angebunden: 5 Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn nach Köpenick 7 Gehminuten bis zur S-Bahnstation Mahlsdorf 35 Minuten mit der Linie S5 bis zum Alexanderplatz Direkt an der Bundesstraße 1. Trotz allem ist es ruhig hier. Der Eingang zur Wohnung ist vom Haus getrennt und mit einem eigenem Schlüssel ausgestattet. Kommt vorbei!

We have renovated our unique loft in recent years with great attention to detail. We have taken great care to preserve the original factory style and reinterpret it in a cosy way. Nearby are shops, bars, the beautiful Orankesee lake with its beer garden and restaurant, as well as parks for walking or strolling. The nearest railway station can be reached in two to three minutes and you can explore Berlin from here.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
