Our house is technically up to date and provides pleasant sleeping temperatures with air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom even on hot days. Garden with pool, terrace, barbecue, fire bowl... Located in Münchehofe, a few meters from several horse farms and a newly furnished Alpaca farm, it is the perfect accommodation to spend, for example, horseback riding holidays with the whole family. A REWE supermarket is just as easy to reach as a drugstore. Berlin is 2 km away

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The 2-room non-smoking apartment(55m2), private entrance to the upper floor of our detached house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels +bed linen are incl. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. From Birkenstein S-Bahn (suburban train) station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

Willkommen auf meinem Hausboot zum entspannten Wohnen auf dem Wasser in toller Lage nahe der Berliner City. Vom Ankerplatz des Bootes auf der Rummelsburger Bucht erreicht ihr mit dem Tretboot schnell und einfach das Ufer und der Bahnhof Ostkreuz ist von dort nur in 10 min zu Fuss entfernt. Mit einer Größe von 13,5 x 4,5m bietet es jede Menge Platz und von der Dachterrasse aus habt ihr einen tollen Uberblick ueber die Rummelsburger Bucht.

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.
