The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz with public transport. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and, if necessary, a baby cot. Free parking is available

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Large pool, not heated, open from mid May to September. Charcoal grill available. Train S7 and bus can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and you can take both to the city in 35 minutes.

We rent a small, cozy holiday apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the ‘Gärten der Welt’, we have plenty of greenery around us, free parking and great shopping options. The bus takes you to the underground and S-Bahn train in 15 minutes (5). If you’d like to stay longer, just ask.
