Yoυ will find this beautiful apartment in an area called "Paleologio". It is located between Sparta and Mystras. Only 5 Minutes by car to both of these places. Perfekt as a base to combine all the attractions in Sparta, Mystras and mount Taygetos. Also it's about a 35 minute drive to the nearest beaches in Gytheio, Mavrovouni and Bathi. Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού.
