It is located on the lower floor of our house and offers an amazing view of the forest. The apartment has all amenities, including a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate entrance from the garden. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.

Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

The caravan itself is large 6x 2.5m and includes a shower, hot water boiler, separating toilet, sink, induction hob (in winter you can cook on the stove- the food tastes perfect on fire:) ), fridge with freezer, sofa bed for two and a large bed 2.3x 1.7 m with a futon mattress with a protector. In a short distance is Lake Lhota, great for swimming. By car approx. 3 min.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
