The house in which you will be housed is a fully renovated 65m2 habitable townhouse less than 5 minutes walk from Poitiers SNCF train station. It is at the foot of the viaduct allowing access to the city center in less than 10 minutes on foot. Access to Futuroscope park can be done by train (10 minutes), by car (15 minutes) or by bus. This place is good for families, couples, travelers, families (with kids). Sleeps 4.

The cottages of the old orchard, cottage 2 people located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual entrance door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from Oct 06 to April 10) and a garden furniture allow sunbathing, accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
