Charming atypical little house 2 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Close to bike paths, and the port of the herbaudière. Very peaceful, with its inner courtyard. The accommodation consists of: - An open kitchen - Bathroom / WC - One mezzanine bedroom - 140 x 200 cm bed (low ceiling, sloping roof) - A dining area and sitting area - A south-facing terrace -Fiber / HDTV Bed linens and towels are provided.

The port of Herbaudière is a 10-minute bike ride or 3-minute drive away. Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, Le Vieil and Bois de la Chaise are +/- 10 minutes away by car.

Close to restaurants, shops, beach, public transport and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of its proximity to the Port de l'Herbaudière. My place is good for couples and families with kids and has a living room (2 sofas, flat screen TV), kitchen area (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, all the necessary dishes) 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine. 2 bikes.

A private terrace is showcased, featuring a shaded lounge area with a wicker seating set and a sun chair. The space is bordered by low greenery and includes a portable grill. Bright blue skies and light clouds create an open and airy atmosphere.
