The apartment is located in Lezzeno, a beautiful village on the shores of Lake Como, just 200 meters from the free swimming beach. It is also close to the most renowned Bellagio (10 minutes by car or bus) and the best points of the lake: Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta, Varenna, Menaggio...... The apartment is spacious, bright and with all the comforts to accommodate couples and friends. In addition, from the large terrace you have a beautiful lake view. (facing Villa Balbianello and Isola Comacina).

Ca del Bif

Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to 1600 and has been the residence of our holidays for generations. Here we have all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, took many hikes and then meet, in the evening all together on the dock to fish. In 1925 Hitchcock shot The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif you can reach it by walking along a medieval bowl road (200 meters from the church)

La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Recently renovated, it has every comfort to stay. A large living room, with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower. Everything is new in Celeste's house; it is ideal for one couple, but the sofa bed in the living room offers the possibility of staying for one family with two children.
