It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

RDC : séjour (cuisine intégrée, espace repas et coin salon), WC séparé, buanderie. Premier étage : 2 chambres (1 lit en 160*200cm)(2 lits en 90*200cm), salle d'eau/WC. Climatisation réversible dans chaque pièce. Jardin clos, terrasse et barbecue. Parking privé devant le gîte.

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

We are delighted to welcome you to the "Gîte du Faon", a former chartreuse completely renovated in 2022, in the heart of a plot of more than 3,000 m² hilly and privatized. This peaceful cottage is independent from our home and can accommodate up to 6 people + 1 infant. We share the pool as well as a petanque court. You can also visit our animals: 4 chickens, 4 sheep and 1 goat.
