Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lewisville Lake

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

I was blown away by the cleanliness of the space and how helpful the host was. Normally, I have to go back and forth with the host when I'm staying at an Airbnb to deal with some type of issue logistically. Prior to my arrival, this particular host provided detailed, helpful instructions for everything from parking to how to access the rooftop amenities (gym, pool, billiards table). Speaking of the rooftop, the view from there is amazing especially at night. In addition, the location has easy access to the rail that goes straight to either DFW or DAL airport and plenty of restaurants / bars / shops nearby. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

We loved our stay here! It was quiet (except for the train which really didn’t bother us), comfortable and a great location. We really appreciated the goodies left for us, especially the cupcakes from her bakery and the milk to put in our provided coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

A quick 7-minute walk to Main Street, where our boys went crazy for the shops and ice cream. It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. Legacy is one of my fave places in Dallas, and this was the most perfect place to stay. Ample garaged parking which is rare in this area. The apartment was well stocked, clean and beautiful. Walkable to tonnes of eateries, and the balconette was great for watching the fountain show of an evening. Newman was super helpful, friendly and informative. Great host! I'd absolutely stay here on my next trip, Thanks Newman!

I can’t say enough about this place and the owners. It was so clean and well stocked. I really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamers for the morning so I didn’t have to immediately find a store the night I checked in. Carla and Chris responded very quickly to my messages and were eager to make my stay comfortable. Checking out was a breeze, they didn’t require a whole list of things to do like most rentals which was very considerate. I stayed here because I helped my daughter move from NY to Carrollton and I would definitely rebook for any future solo trips. Thanks!

These hosts are super hosts. And I mean that no in an Airbnb way, but they are amazing at what they do. Super responsive and super friendly. Overall my stay here was amazing and I would recommend it to everyone. One thing I’d want everyone to know though is that there are loose dogs from neighbors that are aggressive and chase you, no necessarily hosts fault, but please beware of in-leashed dogs.

I had a great stay at this comfortable apartment right in the heart of downtown Denton. The location couldn’t be better—I was able to walk to coffee shops each morning and enjoyed dinner and ice cream just steps away each night. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a cozy spot with easy access to everything Denton has to offer!

Great stay at Dustin’s. Wonderful felt like at home. Movie room and pool were so awesome. We felt right at home. Dustin and Dayna were friendly and responsive. Hope to stay again sometime!

Matthew was an awesome host. Anything that I needed he would immediately respond. He checked in to see if there was anything we needed and ensured how stay was positive. The place was immaculate and will be back. The home had everything you could possibly need in order to feel at home.

This house was AMAZING. It is in a great neighborhood and has access to the garage. The beds were comfortable and thr w asher/drier were nice to have. Everything was very clean and homely. We will definitely stay here again!

Place looked exactly like the pictures. The house was also located in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to local restaurants and grocery stores. Had all amenities mentioned in the post, plus extra items. Parking was easy. Check-in and check-out was easy. Beds were comfortable. Great for our quick trip to Texas for my husband’s MBA graduation. My family decided to do a staycation and this house was perfect. We have a two year old and we felt very safe with her running around without us having to childproof anything! The primary bedroom has an amazing shower as well. Although the weather didn’t cooperate with us and we didn’t swim as much as we wanted, the game room made up for it! The hosts were communicative the whole time and were awesome! We already have a reservation to return! In other words, book the house, it won’t disappoint.

The stay was great. We paid extra to have the pool heated, and our entire family played in the pool each day we were there. Having both a dining and a kitchen table made it easy to cook and eat there and to play board games as a family. The home provided privacy and access to bathrooms, and there were two parking spaces. The only downside is that the code access on the back door wasn't working while we were there, but I'm positive that will be fixed before the next guests arrive. There's a beautiful and close walk along a waterway with a variety of water birds, and my daughter and I loved an early morning walk there. The entire area was sparkling clean. Since we have health issues that require us to eat outside when we can, we were pleased to find several very nice restaurants with shaded outdoor patios. I recommend the host and the home for a family vacation.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

This was our first time in Ft. Worth and we were there for ZestFest over the Memorial Day weekend at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. The location of the house was less than a half mile from the fest and was very walkable. Having a private driveway for parking our rental car was great. We felt very safe at her place. It was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay and in a great location to get to anywhere around the Ft. Worth area. We want to stay here again when we go to ZestFest in the future..

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

Place was very quiet and convenient. Kane was a great host, very communicative.
