Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Close to the Mottarone ski slopes, 2 golf courses. 10 minutes from the landing to the Borromeo Islands and 10 minutes from the A.26 Carpugnino highway exit. Large living room, terrace, to choose from the intimacy, the views, the large rooms and the kitchen. My place is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families (with children).

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed, bathroom with small shower and double bedroom. The apartment is located in a building with two other apartments. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets in this apartment. We are very sorry!
