Here you live peacefully, with a short distance to Levanger town centre, Levanger Hospital, Nord University, Moan and the hiking areas at Arboretet and Staupshaugen. The apartment is best suited for one or two guests, but has sleeping space for four. The bedroom has a double bed. When booking for three or four people, the sofa bed in the living room is used, and there is less space in the living room.

Great for families with children, as we have our own private fenced outdoor area with great playground equipment. Outdoor toys for use in the sandbox are in the shed by the front door. Parking. (Access to electric car charger by appointment) Less than 2 km to the nearest store, 3 km to the city center. Walking distance to Steinkjerhallen/sports facilities and Midjo Golf Course.

Modern and elegant cottage in rural surroundings close to Kjønstadmarka residential area. Beautiful view of the fjord and a short distance to take a swim. Here you will find peace both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers a nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, in case of ice and difficult conditions, you may have to park approx. 30-40 m from the cabin.

Charming, newly renovated historical farmhouse

Enjoy a peaceful stay in a tastefully renovated 3-bedroom Trøndelag traditional farmhouse. The house enjoys an excellent location, close to the E6 and railway. A perfect spot for a holiday in the area as both the fjord and the mountains are within a few minute drive. Good possibilities for water sport, skiing and hiking are all nearby. We have an extensive garden with fruit trees and vegetables. Two sea kayaks (a single and a double) can be borrowed for exploring the coast.
