Newly renovated little house with fantastic views

Newly renovated main section of a farmhouse, secluded on the property, offering a wonderful view of Verdal and the Trondheimsfjord. It's perfect for two, and with the guest bed, there's room for one more. There are horses on the property that can be seen from the house. We enjoyed our stay here with the whole family; no traffic passing by the house. If you would like accommodation for more than three people, it is possible to rent an additional studio. Option to rent a stable for a horse if required. Close to the E6 (3.6 km), Verdalsøra (3.9 km) and Stiklestad

Fantastic south-facing fjord view and proximity and access to the sea. Bird protection area just below the house where you can experience boats, sea eagles, otters and other rare bird species. Proximity to 18 hole golf course and all other beautiful attractions beautiful Innherred has to offer: Stiklestad (10 km), The Golden Road in the neighbouring municipality of Inderøy and many different local food traditions. The house is also suitable for an overnight stay on the journey or for events in the region. Make memories for a lifetime in this unique place.

Bright and cosy studio apartment with its own entrance, private terrace and a great view of Eidsbotn. There is direct access to the sea from the property. Here you live peacefully, with a short distance to Levanger town centre, Levanger Hospital, Nord University, Moan and the hiking areas at Arboretet and Staupshaugen. The apartment is best suited for one or two guests, but has sleeping space for four. The bedroom has a double bed. When booking for three or four people, the sofa bed in the living room is used, and there is less space in the living room.

Modern and elegant cottage in rural surroundings close to Kjønstadmarka residential area. Beautiful view of the fjord and a short distance to take a swim. Here you will find peace both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers a nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, in case of ice and difficult conditions, you may have to park approx. 30-40 m from the cabin.

Cozy and special annex/cabin located right at the lakefront. Swimming stairs, with nice bathing opportunities. Quiet and peaceful. Very short distance to hiking areas such as Arboreet and Staupshaugen. Short distance to Levanger city center, Levanger Hospital and the University of Nord. Fully furnished living unit with what you need to have a nice stay. Kitchen with appliances and all kitchen utensils. You will arrive to a made double bed with 2 duvets. Towels included. Enjoy a peaceful stay in a tastefully renovated 3-bedroom Trøndelag traditional farmhouse. The house enjoys an excellent location, close to the E6 and railway. A perfect spot for a holiday in the area as both the fjord and the mountains are within a few minute drive. Good possibilities for water sport, skiing and hiking are all nearby. We have an extensive garden with fruit trees and vegetables. Two sea kayaks (a single and a double) can be borrowed for exploring the coast.

Modern and spacious apartment

This apartment is spacious, modern, warm and cozy. Beautiful views of the sea and Trondheimsfjorden. The apartment is located in an area that is perceived as quiet and peaceful. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and feel both the morning and evening sun on the large patio and the cozy roof terrace! Good location with transport options nearby. The owner lives here himself when the place is not rented out. Clothes and personal belongings will therefore be present in cabinets and drawers.
