Quiet convenient residential, Leucadia location with a suite, attached to the main house. There is a bedroom, private bath, a TV / sitting room with a sofa bed and private entrance. There is a private side yard for outside dining. Close to a golf course, the beach, San Diego Botanical Gardens, Legoland, Torrey Pines State Park, Del Mar racetrack and many more Southern California attractions.
