'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. It is split over two levels, with bathroom, shower and storage on the ground floor and a fitted kitchen, dining table, a large sofa/double bed, a double bed and storage for clothes on the upper floor. There is a flat screen TV, wifi throughout and off-street parking. We are close to Carnoustie Championship Golf course, the Angus Glens, and beautiful East Coast beaches.

The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

A newly renovated Scottish bothy, set in the grounds of a listed Mill building in the Angus country side. Just a five minute drive or 25 minute walk to the spectacular Lunan Bay. The bothy consists of an open plan dining and living area, one bedroom with king size bed, and a mezzanine level with two singles which can also be joined together to form a super king. It's a lovely bright and cosy building with underfloor heating and a modern kitchen.
