A farmhouse from the 19th century is waiting for you surrounded by large oaks with a huge garden. The property is located on the outskirts of Platjenwerbe in direct proximity to Bremen. From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. Lots of peace, privacy and the wide property ensure a holiday feeling from the first moment.

The apartment is approximately 70 square meters, has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Unsere Wohnung (ca 70qm) mit kleinem Balkon, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer, ist in Bremen Nord, St.Magnus gelegen. Die Constructor University und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

The 2-room apartment can accommodate ideally 2 adults and 2 children. If necessary, the 5th person can lie down on the cozy couch in the living room. Private small shower with toilet. Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows, you have a beautiful view of the countryside or the dyke and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000 m²). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is being renovated by us carefully and with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

€75 will be charged for the first guest, and €25 for each additional guest. The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.
