From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or of the dike and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (approx. 8000m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is being gently renovated by us and with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I can't rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

You will be staying on the upper floor of a two-family house in a quiet side street. Parking on the street . ConstructorUniversity, Friedehorst,Lürssenwerft, KUKA nearby. Grohn has its own marina and is located on the Lesum which flows into the Weser. It is less than a ten-minute walk to the museum harbor on the Weser and to the train connection to Bremen City.
