Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

A stopover in Treignac

Come and enjoy with family or friends this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. Spacious ground floor featuring a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a laundry/toilet area. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom. Outdoor area with terrace and parking for one vehicle. Right near the city centre, with shops within walking distance, but located on a quiet, low-traffic street.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
