Recently renovated 18th century stone house. Breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the entire valley. A 3-minute drive from the village (Langhirano) with all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets). Quiet and surrounded by greenery. 20 km from Parma. Free parking. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of the main house, but it is completely independent. The car park and the garden, on the other hand, are shared with us ;) There are no other guests in the property.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay in spacious accommodation, just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large, well-equipped garden.

The entire accommodation is located 20 km from Parma in a quiet area surrounded by the green hills of the Food Valley, just 1 km from the center of Langhirano known for the production of the famous Parma ham. Just 5 km away is the characteristic Castello di Torrechiara, a destination for many tourists, while about 30 minutes away we find the mountains of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines with its enchanting glacial lakes and many hiking and mountain biking trails. In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

We are happy to welcome small dogs weighing up to 10 kg. We do not accept any other pets.
