There is a living room, sitting room/kitchen (2 sofa beds) and bathroom/toilet downstairs, and 2 bedrooms (double beds) and a large terrace upstairs. On our terrace, the sea, the city, Şeytan Sofrası, Lesbos/Cunda Island, the Kaz Mountains and the Edremit Bay all come together in the same view. We welcome anyone who wants to experience Ayvalık's history, culture, spirit and scenery. SOME HOUSES ARE NOT JUST PLACES TO STAY, BUT ALSO PLACES TO COLLECT MEMORIES.

A quiet and beautiful place to spend your holidays! Literally by the sea! Close to restaurants but isolated enough! The only thing that you listen during sleep is the waves! You will love the view (the sunset) and the peace this place offers you! The colorful beautiful center of Petra is only 10 minutes walk! Only a small pedestrian street between you and the sea! The view of the sunset is unique! We can provide you with sunbeds for free! Just ask for them! We are looking forward to meet you!

Assos sivrice misafir evi

Our guest house, which is located in the garden surrounded by our own detached house, is located 100 meters from the sea in Assos Sivrice (Sokakağzı coast) among olive trees. The garden is a common area, but our guest house is independent of our own house and the living areas are also separate. There is 1 double bed, a kitchen (with supplies), a bathroom, a mini fridge, a single sofa that can be turned into a bed, and a television. We have pawed friends in the garden, including cats and dogs.
