Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Torre Lesa is located in the picturesque historic center of the town in an ideal, central and quiet position, a short distance from the lakeside. The two-room apartment is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor, there is the living room with a equipped kitchen, with access to a portion of the garden for exclusive use; the bedroom and the bathroom are on the upper floor. From the first floor, an external staircase leads to the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of Lake Maggiore.

A 7 minute walk to the lakefront, restaurants and free beaches. The 17th century townhouse was renovated in 2021 by a couple from NYC. This is perfect home for a couple or solo traveller who enjoy being surrounded by nature, while also having the conveniences of a small town within walking distance.
