Very quiet and relaxing place, ideal for recharging. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Jean-Louis is a fabulous host and deserves his super host rating. I highly recommend.

We spent our last holiday in Martinique with family in this bungalow, with my spouse and our 2 1/2 year old son. We were hosted very well by Mauritius with small touches. The bungalow is in a large residence with other bungalows. we were lucky enough to have very nice and discreet neighbors. The terrace and hot tub are very nice, beautiful view of the mountain and closed from the view of the neighbors so very intimate. I love being woken up by the rooster in the morning and enjoying the terrace and waking up from nature (beware of mosquitoes early in the morning on the other hand), but it is not always very reliable this rooster haha 😂 in the surroundings, it's pretty quiet, we were there during school holidays, no noise in the school next door (after that, would not have bothered me). All the necessities were provided in the accommodation, even the essentials for mosquitoes, we didn't need anything. Klarys was really great, thank you!

I recommend this haven of peace to all those who seek a total change of scenery and a real connection with nature and the inhabitants of Martinique. From the site, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea, the sunsets and the majestic Pelée mountain. Le Carbet and Saint-Pierre are less than 10 minutes away. On the estate, you will come across donkeys, geese, goats, a large lizard and even a couple of peacocks that add to the magic of the place. We are lulled to sleep in the morning by the crowing of roosters, and in the evening by the symphony of frogs. There is a spa upstairs, a foosball game, deckchairs, and above all: peace. The owner's parents are present on site and always available to make sure everything goes well. It's really a place I highly recommend, and where I'll come back without hesitation.

fabulous stay, Rudy is a welcoming and very responsive host, he advised us on outings... The accommodation is located 2 steps from the beach, 2 minutes walk, just the road to cross. the apartment has a beautiful spacious terrace, with jaccuzzy without any vis-à-vis. Top-notch

We had a pleasant stay in Petite Anse. The accommodation is spacious and the large terrace with sea and mountain views makes it very appreciated. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a mosquito net (it's very useful). Henriette was also very friendly and available to us. The bathroom would deserve a little refresh. We did not have the pleasure of enjoying the welcome pot mentioned in the listing but the first breakfast.

We stayed a week at Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were not able to enjoy it as the beach was invaded by the sargassas during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she had nothing to do with it. We had an issue with an unopened bedroom door. Here again Sybille did everything to help us out, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of useful tips: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

Delightful stay of 8 nights as a couple Charming exotic wooden bungalow, recent , with terrace , garden , perfectly matching the description and photos. Very well equipped with appliances and dishes. Quiet environment, very well located 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Grand Anse d 'Arlet . Beach restaurants near. Charming welcome from Jacqueline who allowed us to leave in the afternoon given the evening schedule of our return plane We'll be happy to go back.

Functional accommodation, very well located in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Beautiful views of the Anse with unforgettable sunsets. We enjoyed the masks and snorkeling snorkeling available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small convenience stores are available near the property, as well as beachside restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very kind and accommodating. To be hesitated again!

Great stay in Fort de France . Serge is a very friendly host and available to share tips with us. Studio well located for visiting the north of Martinique. Comfortable and well-equipped studio. The terrace and garden are lovely... the best! We'll be happy to go back.

Excellent welcome. As soon as we arrived in Martinique at the end of the day, Hélène and Eric contacted us to tell us not to worry about the evening meal or breakfast that was waiting for us at the rental. So we were able to enjoy our place from the first minute onwards with our 2 daughters. For the rest of our stay, we were amazed every day at the setting we were in. Great stay in the accommodation offered by Justine and Joseph! Ideal location, responsive and attentive hosts. We loved the place and the little extra with the pool to cool off at the end of the day.

Wonderful week at Maly's villa! The view is breathtaking, the Creole villa is superb, spacious and very clean. The area is very safe, we slept on both ears. Close to everything! The sea salt pool is very clean and perfectly tempered. The room is very comfortable and the air conditioning that works very well allows you to be cool. Fully-equipped kitchen (there's really nothing missing!). We really appreciated the amenities available for snorkeling (palm, snorkel, mask!). You just need to know that during temperature changes (e.g. after rain), it may be normal to see cockroaches in the villa. Like everywhere else in the tropics. Maly is an incredible host! She welcomed us with a homemade punch and a traditional cake. In addition to passionately chatting with us about the main attractions of the island and its culture. <3 She cares about our well-being and quickly answers our questions.

Great place, as described and many positive reviews! Everything was perfect! Enjoyable private pool and incredibly cozy house. Amazing palmeraie for children who also loved the owners' dogs who are at the bottom of the garden where the owners stay but remain discreet, available and super friendly. Louisette even made us accras and a cake! Super nice! The kids loved it! Looking forward to coming back maybe someday.

All as described. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Due to a lack of French knowledge on our part, we had to work with the Google translator. The only drawback is due to the construction site on the neighboring property. This is, of course, not the fault of the host, but this has partially disturbed the tranquility.

If you want to meet up as a family in an idyllic setting then this is the perfect place! The villa is very well arranged, nothing is missing and what a view!!! The pool, garden and terrace are super nice, even the mosquitoes left us alone! Small scare on the last day following a military exercise nearby but finally it adds to the experience! We'll be happy to go back! Thank you so much to our lovely hosts 😃

We had a very enjoyable 5 day stay at Villa Ti-Piton. The villa is modern and beautiful with gorgeous views and plenty of covered outdoor space including a large dining table and two sets of lounge chairs. The bedrooms open to the patio and view of the ocean as does the kitchen. The privacy is exceptional. The pool was all ours because the other guests left after we arrived. It is perched on the cliff with a panoramic view of the bay and islands. There is lots of comfortable seating under a beautiful structure for shade and the occasional rain shower. Swimming at night was also peaceful and the stars were beautiful. We went out most days to explore the island and enjoyed eating dinners and breakfasts with our beautiful view. This is an exceptional place for people seeking a peaceful holiday in a beautiful location. We have never stayed in the same place twice but plan to return to Lucy’s Bay we loved it so much. Gaëlle was very helpful and welcoming.

We were very well received by Lysette, a friend of Josyane who left us some food, given our late arrival. Very good stay with the beach nearby, a few restaurants and grocery store nearby. Accommodation in accordance with the description with large terrace but which deserves some small renovation work. Good value for money all the same. Thank you Josyane
