Very well located apartment, facing the best beach in Toulon, very large living room, clean and bright! Some household appliances to review. I would highly recommend it!

You can go there without a second thought! The accommodation is perfectly located, spacious, very clean and the host, Aurélie, is very efficient and friendly, despite a reservation at the very last moment on our part! We'll be happy to go back!

Very well located apartment in the city and especially very well equipped. Everything is thought of in case you forget (coffee, laundry, shower gel, etc.) to allow you to start your holidays well. We had a great time.

Everything was perfect! Be careful if you have auditory hypersensitivity because the jacuzzi stays lit, but the host provides earplugs! The garden is very nice with an excellent breakfast

Apartment is large, clean and modern. Next to the swimming pool and the port of Toulon. Parking spot makes it convenient.

We loved staying in Sanary at Matthieu’s apartment. Quiet, with great views of the harbor and sea, near very good restaurants (L.A. Restaurant for a splurge). Matthieu was a responsive host. We will return!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment, fully equipped, very bright and clean, secure residence and very quiet, the charm of the terrace with the setting sun. The city of Sanary is within a 10-minute walk. We are delighted with our stay and can only recommend this rental with excellent contact and hosting from Raymond. Frankly a little corner of paradise to rest, very nice accommodation, very clean, a plus with the jacuzzi and the fact that the land is enclosed, ideal for our dogs. Super warm welcome, very discreet hosts, I highly recommend.👍🦋

We had a great stay with 9 people, and all the residents agree: we left delighted. The place is peaceful, friendly, well maintained, and ideally located, just a few minutes from the sea. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for resting, and several nice walks are possible in the surroundings. The pool is very nice, well exposed and clean - a real plus to enjoy the stay. A big thank you to Fabien for his spontaneity, availability and warm welcome. He was responsive and attentive throughout the stay, which greatly contributed to the success of our holiday. Arrival and departure are independent: it is a real plus when you arrive from far away with the vagaries of the road. We recommend this property without hesitation!

Really matches the description, ideal for 8 people with a very spacious living room. We came for a wedding, we didn't have enough time to enjoy it!

Thanks to Naïma for her responsiveness, the apartment was great, as in the photos. Small downside in terms of soundproofing but apart from that it was great and very clean. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We had a wonderful week at Mathieu's place and felt right at home. We were rarely in an Airbnb with such good amenities, we really didn't miss anything. The beach can also be reached quickly with children and there are numerous beautiful corners in the surrounding area. We couldn't be more satisfied and would be happy to come back (:

Comfortable high-end apartment with pleasant to live in with magnificent sea views

We had a wonderful stay and give the apartment 5 stars. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace was sensational. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. High-quality kitchen appliances were provided in the kitchen. 10 minutes walk and you were at the harbor with many restaurants and shops. Bakery less than 5 minutes walk. The private parking was also a real plus. The care of Frederik 1 and Frederik 2 perfect :-) We can only recommend this apartment.
