Villa ma sueur - Discover its history

Villa Ma Sueur is a former large family house that has been divided into three independent accommodations. The accommodation offered is 75 m². It can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of: • Two master suites, each equipped with a 160 × 200 bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and towel warmer • An upstairs bedroom also with a single bed 90 × 190 • A living room • A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stand mixer, soup maker and kitchen equipment) • A laundry room with washing machine and dryer • Two toilets (one on the ground floor and one upstairs) Outside, guests have access to a small garden, a tiled terrace and a barbecue. Villa Ma Sueur is my childhood home. Every object in this house tells a story and is imbued with family memories. I wanted to preserve the soul of this place while sharing it with travellers. I thank you in advance for taking great care of it and respecting the premises, so that this house can continue to live on and pass on its history to those who stay here. The house is a former large family house divided into three independent accommodations. The other two accommodations are occupied by tenants all year round. Please respect the neighbourhood's tranquillity. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation and parties or events are not permitted.

Built in 1884, this 200 m² former winemakers’ house, made of traditional Gironde stone, is located in the heart of Thomas’s wine estate in Saint-Émilion. Independent and surrounded by vineyards, it combines historic charm, modern comfort and authentic character. Your host, Thomas, a local winemaker, offers guided cellar visits and wine tastings upon request. Just 5 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 35 minutes from Bordeaux, it’s the perfect starting point to experience the Bordeaux art of living.

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.
