Duplex Historic Center - Parking - Garden

This chic and design home is located in the historic center of Amboise. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the Château Royal, it is part of a 16th century residence with a French garden. Restaurants and shops 20 m walk. The ideal location, with the private parking space is right in front of the accommodation. Please note! The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is downstairs. If it's a problem to go down to the toilet at night, please don't book.

The entrance is independent, and it has the originality of leading directly into a spacious bathroom. Then a corridor serves 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and a kitchenette. A relaxation area is available in a peaceful garden where you can enjoy your meals.
