Beautiful apartment of 70 square meters refurbished in April 2021. Located on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of the old town of La Rochelle. It is warm and through, so it provides you with light all day long. It consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Thanks to the sound insulation, it allows you to benefit from all the advantages of city life without the disadvantages.

Beautiful, fully renovated 140 m² apartment on the fourth floor of a 1930s building with a lift. It is ideally located less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, the Aquarium and the Old Port. You can park your car in a private courtyard. For your safety, a reinforced reception and maintenance procedure for the apartment has been put in place by a concierge company. PLEASE NOTE: the lift is undergoing renovation works until 26 June inclusive
