Located just 15 minutes from Clermont Ferrand, in the pretty wine village of Mirefleurs, our house offers a magnificent view of the Chaîne des Puys. Dominated by Puy St Romain, the villa is the starting point for many hiking trails. Equipped with a swimming pool, its cozy exterior will allow you to enjoy a chill out area.

Pour le stationnement il est possible dans la rue facile plus ou moins selon l'horaire d'arrivée, mais un parking public gratuit à 3 min si marcher ne vous fait pas peur. Logement offre un accès à tous les sites et commodités. Restaurants, gare sncf, commerces. Nous l'avons fait simple et le plus efficace possible pour vous, il y a une toute petite terrasse. Nous sommes à votre écoute

This rental is located 10 minutes by car from the A71 - A75 motorway (direction Montpellier / Paris), 15 minutes from the A89 motorway (Bordeaux / Lyon) and 20 minutes from the city center of Clermont-Ferrand.

We will be happy to host you in our 43 m2 cottage, with private terrace, located in an authentic village in the heart of Auvergne. It is functional and composed of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a large bedroom with a small sitting area (convertible sofa 140 cm x 190 cm). The accommodation is adjacent to our family home but it has independent and autonomous access.
