Le gîte se situe en plein cœur du vignoble, à 4 km de la bastide de Sainte-Foy-la-Grande construite au 13ème siècle sur les rives de la Dordogne, permettant baignades et activités nautiques; et à seulement 15 minutes de Duras et son château médiéval classé monument historique.

Close to Bordeaux (1 hour), castles (Duras, Bridoire, Biron, etc.), Bastides (Eymet, Issigeac, etc.), numerous outdoor activities in the heart of Périgord (canoeing on the Dordogne, treetop adventures, hiking, etc.)

Typical stone house of 100m2 with enclosed and private grounds of 600m2 peaceful and quiet in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, located at the crossroads of Lot-et-Garonne, Gironde and Périgord. There is a village grocery store 10min walk away. Several hiking trails are available around the village. Nature, terroir, vineyards, castles, canoeing, hiking. Close to Ste foy la grande, Duras, Bergerac, Eymet, Monbazillac, Sarlat, St Emilion, and not far from Bordeaux.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Love nature , calm, and old stones? Welcome to our home in Les Régniers! We put our heart into welcoming you as friends, in the land of wine and castles. The "petit gîte 33" is an old cellar transformed into a small cosy, atypical and authentic house, like a small cocoon in the heart of a village hamlet surrounded by vineyards and forests. Disconnection and/or discovery of the region, here we disconnect and above all, we take our time!

Les Treilles de Razac - a dovecote in the Dordogne

In the Dordogne countryside, a newly converted dovecote, “Les Treilles de Razac”, invites you to unwind in a region rich in heritage, gastronomy and outdoor activities. Bastides and châteaux, fine restaurants and the fine wines of Saussignac, Bergerac and Monbazillac await you. A cosy gîte for 2, 3 or 4 people on 2 floors, fully equipped, with shaded patios for dining or relaxing by the large shared swimming pool from June to September.

Marguerite "Les Granges"

Marguerite is one of the 4 cottages belonging to the "Les Granges" complex. It consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, an equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove and a living room. The cottage has a private terrace with direct access to the pool. The interior of the accommodation is entirely in stone and exposed beams.

Périgourdin Manor 4-6 pers cottage 3 Bedrooms

Started in Normandy, the gîte and bed and breakfast activity of the Manoir du Picaud will see the light of day in 2022 after a lot of interior work, choosing this area that has been dormant for a few years to best receive my guests in this magnificent region.  To preserve the calm and serenity of this exceptional site, the manor is located on the plateau extending Monbazillac, above Bergerac.

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines. Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
